Nest Interiors~New business in downtown

Nest Interiors is a new home decor shop in downtown Reedley and is located at 1728 12th Street in the old Grand Hotel.

Erma Graham and her daughter Erica Perez have a combined 30 years of Real Estate experience. Observing how important staging a home is they believe their job is to help the buyer see how they can make that house feel like home.

“It has always been a passion of ours to decorate and remodel. For both of us, it started when we bought our first homes. They were both fixer uppers, but we could see what the home could be with a little elbow grease and a whole lot of decor. We offer staging for real estate agents or sellers who would like to sell their home quickly. We use the items in our shop and new furniture for staging. Everything in our shop is for sale! We always have new items coming in. We also offer consignment so if you know anyone who loves to create have them give us a call.

My mother and I own it, but everyone in our family has had contributed in putting this together. My husband is in construction so what ever crazy idea my mom and I come up with he is the one to make it happen for us.” In the spring time we plan to have our garden area open. We will have outdoor decor for sale and seating for anyone to come by and relax.

We have loved every moment our family has spent bringing the life and beauty back into this historic building. Many people admire the original architecture and we love listening to all the stories and memories people have shared!
