Here are just a few things I found that you can do this summer, and still stay in the area. The furthest away is in Fish Camp which is near Oakhurst. Oakhurst is a fun day trip as well, as they have a great children’s museum. I’ll make a separate post on Oakhurst another day. I hope you find something fun to do with your kiddos. Even if you stay home with them all summer, you can make a tent in the living room or back yard and have a picnic on the floor. You can find plastic sea creature toys and make a touch pond in a kiddie pool. Make a dinosaur ice pop for the pool by freezing plastic dinosaurs in a bowl. pop them out of the bowl and add to the pool. Giant bowls make giant ice cubes for long lasting fun. What ever you do, have fun doing it. You are making memories that may last a lifetime. Kids just want their moms to be happy and spend time with them.

Imagine U Children’s Museum Visalia
The Discovery Center Fresno
Fresno Escape Room
This might be too much for little ones but your older kids would probably like it. I’ve never been here but it has pretty good Google reviews. Here’s a trailer for one of their rooms:
